Bloodman has been active 24/7 since 2014 as a youth-led public service platform.

About Bloodman

A non-profit health network built by young people.

Bloodman started as a blood donor match-making effort and evolved into a broader platform for community care. The same volunteer energy that powers emergency blood support now also supports telemedicine, health camps, training, relief, and seasonal service programs.

Mission

Reduce delay when people need care most.

Bloodman exists to make support easier to reach and easier to organize, whether the need is blood, healthcare access, field coordination, or relief for vulnerable families.

Vision

Build a dependable youth-led service culture.

The long-term goal is not just emergency response. It is a durable public culture in which young volunteers know how to organize responsibly and communities know who to trust.

Core values

What drives every decision.

Three principles that shape how Bloodman operates, recruits, and sustains its volunteer network across Bangladesh.

Speed

Urgent blood requests and crisis needs cannot wait for bureaucracy. Bloodman operates with zero-delay response as the standard.

Trust

People return to Bloodman because the organization stays present after the first call ends. Reliability is the product.

Discipline

Youth participation is treated as serious operational work, not symbolic involvement. Every volunteer is trained, not just enrolled.
